Wandermio, called Öğrenimo in Turkish, is a children’s learning app by Lumisoft Studio. This policy is written for parents and guardians and describes the current development version.
Children’s information stays local
The app stores child profiles and learning progress in a database on the device. This includes an optional nickname, profile colour, age group or grade, language, optional mascot name, activity results, skill summaries and preferences. A real name or exact birth date is not required. We do not receive this local database.
No account, advertising or tracking
The current app has no user accounts, advertising, analytics, crash-reporting or tracking SDKs. Its app code makes no network requests, and the current Android release build has no internet permission. The app does not request camera, microphone or location access, and does not record children’s voices or take their photos. There are no child-to-child chat or social features.
Parents, backups and deletion
Settings, reports, backups and purchase controls are behind a parental gate. You can create a backup and choose where it goes using your device’s share menu. Such backups contain local profile and progress information; protect them and check the privacy practices of any destination you select.
The parent area includes a control to delete all local data. Deleting local data does not delete backups you previously exported. Remove those separately. Uninstalling or changing devices may lose progress; we cannot retrieve a local database for you.
Learning materials and sharing
Homework codes describe selected content, not a child’s name, profile, age or results. Generated worksheets do not print child profile information. Sharing is initiated by an adult through the device; there is no teacher account or server receiving learning progress.
Purchases and future changes
Family Premium is planned, but real store purchasing is not configured in the current version. We do not collect payment information. If purchases, cloud services or other network features are introduced, this policy and the relevant store disclosures will be updated to describe them before release.
When a parent contacts us
If you email [email protected], we receive your email address and what you choose to send. We use this only to handle your request and retain it as needed for support or applicable obligations. Please do not send children’s full names, photos or backup files unless they are necessary to resolve an agreed support request.
Parents or guardians can ask us to access, correct or delete support correspondence. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can address it. We cannot access locally stored child profiles; manage them in the app.
Updates and contact
The date above identifies the current policy. Questions about children’s privacy or this policy can be sent to [email protected].
